Another “sweetener” for people in Kuala Terengganu…
Najib said:-
“If he wins, the Prime Minister and I can confirm that he would be reappointed. Surely the Kuala Terengganu electorate would not reject someone who is, by all intents and purposes, already a deputy minister in the government”
What does the Deputy PM really meant with that statement – “would not reject someone who is, by all intents and purposes, already a deputy minister in the government”? That deputy ministers and ministers, due to their “public office”, are angels and corruption free?
Perhaps Najib did not realise this but the general consensus that many of the electorate have is that the higher the post is held, the more corrupt is the officer holder.
Perhaps Najib should read Haris Ibrahim’s post titled “I do not have confidence in Dato Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak as Prime Minister of Malaysia, do you?”
