The Self Stirring Mug

It’s 7.00 in the morning.

You go to the office pantry to make a good cup of coffee and once you have added the sugar, you have a hard time stirring up the cup to mix the coffee and the sugar well. You proceed to look for a spoon but unfortunately there is none available. The sweet sugar is at the bottom whilst the bitter coffee is at the top. What do you do?
