Continuing from this post, this video came out 3 years ago back in 2016 by David Wood (interestingly is the point 3 in his video):-
David Wood is American evangelical missionary. Wood has participated in numerous public debates with Muslims and atheists, usually in a public hall or in front of a university audience including debates with Sunni Muslim apologist Shabir Ally.
Wood was invited on several ABN shows in inter-religious discussions against atheism and Islam where among other things he regularly appears on the Aramaic Broadcasting Network.
He has produced YouTube videos presenting his views on religion.
Interestingly David Wood’s 3rd point is this:-
“Muslims who don’t speak English are brought to Naik’s English lectures to cheer for what he says, even though they can’t understand him”
Doesn’t this sound very familiar?
Just wondering how many of the 70,000 claimed audience in Zakir Naik’s last presentation in Kelantan really understood Zakir Naik’s heavily slang Indian English and it’s meaning in right context? The same question was raised and police report were made.
And this video is even older – 8 years ago in 2011:-
And here is another from 2016 which Zakir twist the understanding of Hinduism:-
The point is whoever listening to Zakir Naik’s debates must firstly know how to speak and understand English. Understand in sense of not just understanding the meaning of the word in English but also the impact of the said word in the sentences used during the speech.
And next is to verify the facts again – all debaters and speakers are humans and they can make mistakes as well.
