Tech News 101: Alternative Gofish Music Videos

google youtube video

Forget about Google Video or YouTube for now

If you want to watch cool music video like Black Eyed Peas’ “Pump it” (see it to believe it!) or Bon Jovi’s inspiring “It’s My Life” on your computer (with the internet of course) at anytime that you wanted, Gofish has the original videos posted at its site.

The bad news is that you can’t download the music videos to your computer (yet I hope) but that is understandable from a legal point of view. The good news is you can post it up in your blog (except in wordpress.com of course).

I was about to upload Josh Groban’s “To Where You Are” into my blog when I realize wordpress.com currently does not allow uploads from Gofish (a small disadvantage over Blogger for the time being). Apparently, they have not come up with the changes to the template to do so – I have sent them the feedback on this.

Nonetheless, it is still ok for the time being because I watch it on Gofish’s website although it will take some time to load it at using the dial-up at home.

I also searched for Madonna’s old music videos like True Blue, Cherish and others back in the ’80s. It’s all here at Gofish. She looked awesome then – damn, I miss the 80’s. There are other videos which are not here (I searched for ones from Phil Collins) but I guess in time, someone will post it.

In the meantime, enjoy the videos…the loading time depends on the speed of your internet line of course
