The 2019-nCoV virus situation as at 11th March 2020: 4,615 dead, 67,003 recovered and 125,865 confirmed cases and is increasing. WHO had just officially declared the Coronavirus outbreak as a pandemic.

The number of confirmed cases in Malaysia had also increased significantly to 149 confirmed cases and all Iranian, Italian and South Korean nationals has been barred from entering Malaysia (this includes other foreigners who had also visited these three countries).
But this number is expected to increase substantially due to this discovery of an infected visitor from Brunei and potentially 5,000 new infections in Malaysia:-
Dr Noor Hisham said the ministry was informed by Brunei authorities about a confirmed Covid-19 case from the sultanate who reportedly attended a tabligh assembly at the Seri Petaling Mosque in Selangor from Feb 27 to March 1.
“Initial information revealed about 10,000 people from various countries, including Malaysia, were involved in the assembly.
“It is estimated that at least 5,000 Malaysians had participated in the event,” he said, adding that every state Health Department was conducting investigations into the matter.

Previously it was reported that Patient 26 – potentially infected 19 other Malaysians with the virus (Patient 33 with 10 new infections). And now you have 5,000 potential patients (10,000 if you include foreigners) from the Brunei Patient and multiple that with the number 19 – that is alone is 95,000 new infections.
It is daunting tasks for the Health Ministry to trace these 5,000 patients and all those who have in contact with them since then.

It is already an uphill task for all health authorities around the world to trace potential patients, contain the infections, quarantine the patients and monitor them closely for recovery. It is also uphill tasks to contain and explain fake news on the coronavirus especially in the social media.

“Corona is not a virus, but avatar for the protection of poor creatures. they have come to give the message of death and punishment to the one who eats them,” said Swami Chakrapani, the National President of All India Hindu Mahasabha.
Bizarre it may sound, but Swami Chakrapani went on to claim that there”s a way out of these health epidemic, for the Chinese.
According to him, the Chinese premier Xi Jinping should “create an idol of Corona and seek forgiveness” and all non vegetarian Chinese populace “pledge of not harming any innocent creatures in future, then the anger if Corona will come down”.

LGBTQ people have been blamed for hurricanes, earthquakes, terrorist attacks, and other disasters — and now they’re being blamed for the coronavirus outbreak.
Steven Andrew, pastor of the USA Christian Church — which appears to be a virtual, internet-based church — has declared March to be Repent of LGBT Sin Month, and one of the reasons is the emergence of the coronavirus strain that’s so far infected 100,000 people around the world.
“God’s love shows it is urgent to repent, because the Bible teaches homosexuals lose their souls and God destroys LGBT societies,” Andrew said in a press release this week. “Obeying God protects the USA from diseases, such as the coronavirus.”

An Orthodox Israeli rabbi has claimed the spread of the deadly coronavirus in Israel and around the world is divine retribution for gay pride parades.
The remarks by Rabbi Meir Mazuz, reported by the Israel Hayom daily on Sunday, drew condemnation from rights groups, including the Anti-Defamation League, which urged him to apologize.
The outbreak in Iran, one of the most serious in any country, he explained as being due to the wicked ways of Iranians and “their hatred of Israel.”
According to the newspaper, Mazuz had earlier claimed Israel would be protected from the coronavirus.

Last say
They always say that religion and science is like oil and water – it may co-exist but it will not mix. Even though overall there have been calls for prayers and hope from the various religious establishments but there some morons who simply tie the outbreak of the virus with their own self, twisted morality landscape.
For outbreaks like this, yes go and pray sincerely & deeply that the patients will recover from the infection but never tie the reason for the outbreak for something un-scientific and one that does not make any sense. It will create more confusion and may even delay the detection & recovery from the coronavirus infection.
