The Bayeux Tapestry is almost 945 years as it was said that it was created in the year 1077 after the Duke of Normandy who is known as William the Conquerer had successfully invaded and conquered England in the year 1066. Image source: Wikipedia.

The Bayeux Tapestry was one of the key art items that the Nazis during World War 2 eyed to be stolen and brought back to Germany to be displayed in their new Fuhrer Museum where artworks from all the Germany occupied countries would be displayed.

Global Forest Watch reported that from 2002 to 2020, Malaysia had lost about 2.70Mha (around 27,000 square kilometres) of humid primary forest which in turn impacts the greenhouse gases emission.

This amounts to 34% of the total tree cover loss in the same 20 years. Interestingly this also amounted to a loss of 8.39Mha (around 84,000 square kilometres) of tree cover, equivalent to a 29% decrease in tree cover since 2000 and 4.82Gt of CO₂e emissions. The more famous ones would be in Somalia (famed for Black Hawk Down) and in Bosnia and Herzegovina where it was said that the Serbians were terrified of the Malaysian battalion after hearing that the Malaysians are the famous head-hunters.
