What a year it has been!
There is only a couple of days for 2006 to have a grand closure and 2007 to leap into action. As many of the blogs and newspapers would be doing at this point of the year, I thought it will be best to flashback some of the posts that was blogged in 2006 – month by month basis:-

In memoriam, a friend of mine who was my ex-colleague and had passed away on Sunday morning after losing battle with leukaemia. She was in the early 30s – a mother to a very young child and a loving wife.
“7.00 pm – meet u at the front gate, free beer + dinner, bring friends”
So was the SMS message on my colleague’s handphone in the morning and several times in the afternoon.

You saw the crap on the front pages today.
The crap is not the increase in the toll but rather the lame excuses given by the government for the increase. Samy Vellu can keep saying that the government is “sharing” the burden with the public.

The song “Enna Solla Pogirai” (meaning – “what you are going to say”) been humming in my mind for the last few days. It is one of my favourites among Shankar Mahadevan’s songs and when I watched Shankar Mahadevan singing it in a concert over Astro Vannavil; it was a great feeling to hear it again.
